The mountainous region of Jujuy is well known for its
tourism. So much in fact, that Salta
claims it as its own and offers tours up North on a daily basis. Just about every time I go to Jujuy I go up
North at least once…. mainly because the drive up is absolutely gorgeous and
the food is amazing.
Mirko decided to join us on the trip this time and took
us to one of his favorite restaurants. We
then spent a couple hours shopping for gifts and souvenirs for ourselves. Of course the best part of the trip for me
was the drive up to the mountain and then back home again…
