Beginning the School Year…

The school year started way too quickly… before I knew it summer was over, and I was back at work.  Of course, we didn’t know what it was going to look like until the very end of summer.  Since we ended up back online full time, they gave us teachers an extra week of training and moved the school year back a year for the students.  I was insanely busy the first couple weeks of school with training and meetings and preparing for the students.

The nice thing about working from home was that I would be around for Matthew as he recovered from his broken foot.  He needs a lot more help around the house and I didn’t want to have to leave him alone all day.  One of our friends did loan us a wheelchair ramp so for the first time ever, we did bring the wheelchair into the house, so he didn’t have to walk as much.

Going in to TOP for a bit... all masked up!

Since the weather was still beautiful outside, I was able to still do my Bible study outside on the back porch.  My quiet time has been my lifesaver during this crazy time in life.  God is definitely my strength and support and the reason that I can keep going no matter what life throws my way.

Enjoying my quiet time...
