This was the first time we participated in the fast food
formal in all the years we have worked with the youth. Neither one of us really likes eating fast
food but we do enjoy spending time with the youth which is why we decided to
participate this year.
Many of you may wonder what a fast food formal is… well
just what it sounds like… you dress up in formal wear and go out for fast
food. Of course, in order to make it
more enjoyable we break up into small groups and then meet up with other groups
throughout the evening. We end up going
to three different restaurants… first for appetizers, then a main course, and
finally dessert.
