The moment we had been waiting for had finally arrived. All of our friends gathered at the church
(okay not all of them but there were over 400 people in attendance…) and as they were being seated they had the opportunity
to view a slide show that Denise put together which even had pictures from when
we dated in Junior High.
While I waited out of sight the ceremony began. The grandparents were seated by family
members and then the mothers had the opportunity to enter followed by the
bridal party. I had the privilege of
watching Elizabeth who was adorable as she carefully placed the flowers on the
ground.
Matthew and I played a huge role in planning the order of events and chose people close to us to participate in the wedding… of course there were a ton of people who just got to be witnesses…

Our mother's lit the unity candles.. since they gave us life as individuals..!
My dad finally got to walk me down the aisle..!
Jeff read scriptures from Proverbs 31, 1 Timothy 3, & Colossians
Robin sang "How Beautiful" while we took communion and prayed
Next, Pastor John lead us as we said our vows.. and exchanged rings..!
My cousin David sang, "If you could see what I see" which was beautiful
During the song we lit our unity candle...
and made it official by signing the marriage certificate..!
We are now married... but still we have to wait to kiss...
First, Pastor Gary took the opportunity to dedicate our union in prayer...
And FINALLY we were able to kiss.. which was our first kiss ever..!
Unless you count the peck on the lips when we were 13.. :)
Finally, we were introduced as "Mr. & Mrs. Matthew Mazdzer"
