Bev & Len’s Wedding

Matthew and I got back from Florida in time to drive down to Vancouver to celebrate with Bev and Len as they got married.  Bev had asked me to take pictures at the ceremony and reception, so we headed down early on Friday to make sure we were there without any complication and turned it into a date night.

After meeting up with Bev and Len at the church we drove over to the house where the reception was going to be held and found out where they wanted me to take picture of the various groups of people.  We then went back to Len’s house to visit for awhile and then Matthew and I went out to dinner at the Olive Garden.

The wedding ceremony was absolutely beautiful… yet simple.  It was such a blessing to be there to celebrate with them.  As many may remember Bev lost her husband 7 years ago (Matthew spent a lot of time with him his last couple years so he could spend his last years at home).  Bev has been like family to us… walking with us through some of the hardest times of our lives.  Len lost his wife awhile back as well.  We know without a doubt that God has brought them together.  Our prayer is that God blesses them with many adventures as they serve Him together.  They both have a love for the Lord and a love for people.  We look forward to getting to know Len better in the years to come.
