Football, Snow, and Family…

My sister surprised me last minute with a ticket to one of the last Seahawk games of the season.  She was able to get four tickets so she invited our Dad, Elizabeth and Me.  It was Elizabeth’s first Seahawks game ever and she absolutely loved it.  In fact, even though we were guaranteed to win she did not want to leave before it was completely over.  It was a lot of fun to watch the Hawks play and spend time with family at the game.

Thankfully the weather held out for us at the game since the next day we got the first snow of the season.  I had been singing, “White Christmas” for awhile so it was fun to get a little bit of snow before Christmas… and even nicer that it didn’t stay on the roads too long so it was safe to drive.  Of course, my nieces and nephews had a lot of fun playing in the snow when they came into town from Texas.

My nephew Israel wanted to celebrate his birthday in Washington so the day they came into town some of the cousins came over to the house for a party.  This is the first time in a couple years that Jeremy’s family was able to come home for Christmas so of course the cousins are super excited to spend as much time together this week as they can.
