The one thing that Mirko said that we had to do when he
came back was to go back up to Snoqualmie Pass and eat pancakes. He was amazed at the pancakes with all the
fruit and wanted to eat them again. Of
course we took advantage of the fact that we were heading east and did the
Snoqualmie Pass trip on the way out of town.
We headed out on Friday early afternoon and made it up to
the summit in time for lunch. Of course,
we took some pictures first and enjoyed the beauty of the view. Natalia had never seen so much snow, so she
particularly enjoyed this adventure.
Mirko was like a little kid on Christmas morning both with the snow and
the food. Even Shane joined in on the
fun although he was bummed he was wearing his new shoes in the snow.
