The 4th of July is Matthew’s favorite holiday of
the year because he loves to get together with friends and barbeque. I love it because it usually sunny out by
July and I love warm weather. Kim and
Dan invited us over to their place for their annual party with the
neighbors. Of course we jumped at the
opportunity since I haven’t been able to visit much with the neighbors since
before the wedding.
The day was filled with lots of good food, playing volleyball,
visiting friends, hanging out with the kids, playing more volleyball, eating dessert
and watching the fireworks show. Overall
it was a great day. Everyone had a lot
of fun and the weather was perfect. We
ended up just staying the night and headed home the next morning.
